Otherwise, they are not discussed in the Editorial Board. Arrangement of the names of the correspondent author and other authors will be appeared in the article based on the format which are revealed in the website, and after that no changes is possible.
  6. The Persian abstract of the article (200 -250 words) consists of introduction, statement of the problem, goals, methods, findings, conclusion and three to seven key words.
  7. The submitted article must be written in MS Word and theme font of thin B Nazanin and 12, line spacing must be 1. The margin from above, bottom, right and left must be 3 centimeters. The title of the article must be B Titr 14, specifications of the author(s) must be B Nazanin 10, the Persian abstract must be written in B Nazanin 10, and the English abstract must be typed in Time New Roman 10. The list of the text’s titles must be Bold B Nazanin 14, subsidiary titles must be typed in Bold B Nazanin 12, and the bibliography must be written in the normal font of Nazanin 12.
  8. The article must be appeared in four separated files consisting of a file with the specifications of the author(s) in MS Word format, the second one is the main file without the page of the author(s)’ specifications in MS Word, the third file should be the main file without the page of the author(s)’ specifications in PDF, and finally commitment form of the article.
  9. The submitted articles must contain the following parts:

   Page one:

The full title of the article in Persian, the specifications of the author(s) based on the Journal’s format, Persian abstract (200-250 words), Persian Key words (three to seven key words).

The full English title of the article, the specifications of the author(s) based on the format of the Journal in English, English abstract (250- 300 words); English key words (the equivalent of Persian key words).

Page two:

From this page, the main text of the article must be written which contains: introduction and statement of the problem, theoretical foundations, the introducing the scope of the study (with representing the plan), research background, and methodology, analysis of the data, conclusion, suggestions, and references.

References in the text must be in APA style and contains: inside parenthesis, the author’s last name, the year of publication: the page which has been used in the article. For example, the way of reference inside the text: (Shokuee, 1993:60)

The English equivalents of each page should be footnoted with an independent sign or numbering.

The way of representing the references at the end of the article:

Example for book: last name, first name of the author(s), (the year of publication). The title of the book. Publisher. The number of the volume. Printing turn. Publishing place. It is clear that the list of references is alphabetical. For example: Shokuee, Hosein (1993). New Views in Urban Geography, Samt Publication, first volume, seventh publication, Tehran.

Example for journal: last name, first name of the author(s), (year of publication). The title of the article, the title of the journal, issue, the page numbers of the article (for example: pp 10-36).

Try to use Persian equivalent of the English vocabularies and terms and the term itself must be footnoted in its first usage.

For non-Persian references, the reference inside the text must be in Persian language and the names and the years must be written in their first usage in footnote.

For references inside the text, which has two to five authors, the last name of all authors must be written in their first usage. For next uses, the word “and collaborators” should be exploited. For references with six authors and more, “and collaborators” must be typed.

It is essential that all Persian and English references must be mentioned in the list of references. Do not mention a work in the list of references which has not been used in the article.

Do not use the word “the same” in the references inside the text. For example “the same and previous, 2019:20)

The number of the tables, curves, shapes, and pictures must be mentioned and their approximately correct places must also be determined.

Following tips appear to be essential in organizing tables, curves, shapes, and pictures:

  1. The information of the tables must contain number and title. If the data and information of the tables has been taken from an organization, website, and a research, the source must be mentioned at the bottom of the table.
  2. Every column of the table must possess a title and its related unit. If all numbers of the table have the same unit, the unit can be written in the title of table.
  3. The extra explanation of the title and the text of the table should be represented in the footnote. The result of statistical analysis must be reflected in the table with scientific methods.
  4. Shapes must be intercalated with one column and with a good quality in the article.
  5. All maps, shapes, charts, and pictures must be named “shape” and the title of shape must be written under it.
  6. The number of shape(s) is determined based on the representation of their results in the submitted article and the location of their numbers appears to be after the representation of the related results within the context of the article.
  7. Shapes must be colorful or black and white, their quality should be appropriate and desirable, and their number and title must be written below. The maps must be clear and their content must be readable and with scale. It is essential to declare the source of pictures and shapes which have been taken from other sources. The source of tables, maps, charts, and shapes which have been provided by the author(s) must be referred to the author(s). For example, (source: authors, 2019).

Mathematic relations and formulas must be one size smaller than the text of the article and should be typed from the left. For referring to them, the number of the formula in the parenthesis must be exploited. The number of each formula must be typed on the right corner of the last line of the formula.

It is not allowed to apply English numbers (except in formulas); therefore, all the numbers in the text and tables must be typed in Persian. The settings of the office Word must be on (Context).
