Study and analysis of obstacles to entrepreneurship development in Lali County

Abstract Entrepreneurship is a concept that has attracted great attention from economists and management theorists in the last few decades. Today, for social and economic progress and development, societies need to develop entrepreneurship; but there are obstacles that prevent entrepreneurial activities and entrepreneurship cannot develop in societies. Entrepreneurs or entrepreneurs are the economic success of society. Entrepreneurs play a key role in the economic development and social transformation of every society. Entrepreneurs have been considered and studied as key elements in accelerating the development of developing countries and in the revival and continuation of the development of industrialized countries. In this article, the concept of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship development, and obstacles to entrepreneurship development are examined. Entrepreneurship development refers to the process in which individuals (entrepreneurs) identify business ideas and opportunities and establish and grow new businesses using financial, technical, and human resources. Entrepreneurship development generally includes processes and activities that encourage and support individuals to start and manage their own businesses. Which has obstacles, obstacles to entrepreneurship development in each city may differ based on the characteristics and geographical, economic, social and political conditions of the city. The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the obstacles to entrepreneurship development in Lali city using the SWOT model. This study is descriptive-analytical in terms of its applied purpose. And its information has been collected and prepared through library and field methods.
Feasibility study of establishing a smart city in Ardabil

Abstract Background and Objective:. Today, most cities in the world are exposed to many crises, including environmental crises, demographic changes, physical-economic problems, poverty, lack of urban services, etc. The complex urban environment has forced thoughtful people to think about reforming and creating new urban structures in order to get rid of problems and shortcomings in achieving the highest level of life. Based on this, urban managers and planners have considered making the city smart as a necessity to remove obstacles in cities and improve life in them. A smart city is a multidimensional phenomenon that encompasses various indicators.
Methodology: This article attempts to review the concepts of smart city, its components and indicators for the city of Ardabil and analyze them. It is done through semi-structured interviews with experts and managers of 22 people in the municipality of Ardabil using random sampling methodand also through a questionnaire of Ardabil citizens using Cochran sampling method with 384 people, and the final extracted indicators were examined in the form of SWOT model.
Results and findings: The result of the position of the smart city in Ardabil city is that out of the four states of aggressive, conservative, defensive and competitive, it is in the worst possible state, that is, defensive (the confrontation of weakness and threat). It is also weak in terms of internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and has not shown suitable conditions against external factors (opportunities and threats). According to the studies, the internal factor matrix (IE) was 0.86 and the external factor matrix (EFE) was 0.74, which is a long way from equilibrium and indicates the inappropriate position of Ardabil city from the perspective of a smart city.

Analysis of the state of good Urban governance (Case study: Ardebil city)

Abstract Background and Objective:. The movement towards good urban governance is inevitable and necessary. Good urban governance is one of the important and prominent topics in society today, in the sense that urban management, instead of assuming full responsibility for the administration of society alone, should be considered alongside citizens as one of the institutions or factors responsible for the administration of society. And with this change, urban management can play a facilitating and ground-breaking role in the development of urban and local society. Ardabil urban management can also be planned for good urban governance and its urban issues such as pollution reduction, public transportation, etc., in the direction of Ardabil city's good governance strategy to achieve sustainable development.

Redesign of Misagh Park in Ahvaz metropolis with the approach of improving citizens' satisfaction and integrated SWOT model

Abstract Background and Aim: Urban parks as one of the public spaces are considered as one of the most important parts of urban environments due to having various social, economic, and ecological functions. This research tries to identify the criteria effective on the design of urban parks with the approach of citizens' satisfaction and then prioritize them for Misagh Park.
Methods: To conduct this study, 364 questionnaires were randomly distributed among the target population (applicants) to improve the results in the spring and summer of 2017. In this investigation, the questionnaire questions were set in four parts, in the order that in the first part related to personal information, social, economic, and environmental trends, in the second part functional indicators, in the third part social indicators and in the fourth part Visual quality indicators were evaluated.
Findings and Conclusion: The results of the Karskal Wallis non-parametric test showed that the difference between the answers of 364 questionnaires regarding the 16 variables investigated in this study is significant at the 0.01 level, and the results of comparing the averages of the investigated variables showed that the variables of playground safety, vegetation According to the respondents, the number of sports spaces, attractiveness of lighting, recreational spaces, visual quality, quality of lighting and quality of sports spaces do not have a favorable condition, but the variables of feeling of security, access to the main street, access to the city, access to park places. According to the respondents, the flooring of the park is in a favorable condition. The results of this study can be very effective in the design of urban parks with the aim of improving the satisfaction of citizens.
Strategic Planning of Water Tourism Development in Khuzestan (with Emphasis on Water Structures)

Abstract Background and Aim: Tourism is one of the most important factors affecting the economic growth and development of contemporary societies. Tourism has been defined as a tool for marginal economic mobility, promotion, and development through the creation of employment and income, which has been greatly expanded during the past few decades. One of the most attractive branches of the tourism industry that has received more attention in recent years is water tourism.
Methods and Material: The purpose of this study is to investigate, feasibility and partially realize the vision of tourism development and to provide macro strategies and find the potential of water structures for the development of water tourism. The present type of research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of nature and method, it is a survey based on field studies (questionnaire). The statistical population of this research includes 376 university managers and experts in the fields of tourism, water science, and urban planning, who were selected using the purposeful sampling method. For scientific analysis, the combined model of SWOT strategic analysis and the T-test in SPSS software has been used. the results obtained from the analysis of information show that in the current situation, the greatest possibility of realization is related to environmental and socio-economic indicators; The research findings show a positive and meaningful relationship between water tourism and sustainable development of the studied area; as with a significance level of 0.000 and 99% confidence; In order and on average, environmental (3.1), socio-cultural (2.9) and economic (2.9) indicators have the most positive and favorable impact, but hydraulic indicators (2.8) have the least impact. Has had the effect.
Results and Discussion: The results obtained are based on the SWAT strategic model, which includes internal factors; strengths and weaknesses, and external factors; opportunities, and threats. According to the scoring of the items in the research, the total score of internal factors is 2.83 (strengths 1.023 and weaknesses 1.81) and external factors 3.03 (opportunities 1.35 and threats 1.68). Therefore, the best strategy for realizing the water tourism model in the study area is the aggressive strategy of SO or strengthening and using external opportunities with a focus on strengths. The findings of this research can be used to design development policies and expand planning for the future of Khuzestan province; and help to compile the executive guidelines for tourism and recreational activities in the field of water resources and water facilities notified by the Ministry of Energy to the relevant executive body.
Identifying and developing strategies for the renewal of worn out tissue By combining strategic models and network analysis (SWOT - ANP)(Case study: Dardasht neighborhood of Isfahan)

Abstract Background and Aim: Today, in terms of structure and functionality, worn-out structures have suffered deficiencies that cannot meet the needs of the residents today. Despite the inefficiency of worn-out urban tissues, today, with the help of strategic methods and network analysis, different strategies can be provided for the renovation of worn-out tissues. The main goal of the current research is to present strategies for the renewal of worn-out fabric by combining strategic models, which network analysis has been done in Dardash neighborhood of Isfahan.
Methods: The method used in this research is descriptive-analytical based on its purpose and applied, and the method of study is descriptive-analytical according to its method and nature. To collect information in this study, library and document methods, direct observation method, and field and survey studies such as interviewing people, experts and urban elites and preparing a questionnaire using Delphi method were used. The questionnaire was made by the researcher and was set up with closed questions in the form of Likert spectrum with five options. The statistical population of this research includes officials and experts of organizations and institutions related to urban renovation and improvement.
Findings and Conclusion: The results of the research showed that WO1, SO2, WT1 are the three main strategies for renovating the worn-out fabric of Dardash neighborhood, which are WT1 improving the narrow and narrow roads and increasing the quality, SO2 surrounding the neighborhood with an important communication network and its special effect on improvement The quality of neighborhood uses and review strategies, WO1 has appropriated the opportunity of the presence of barren and ruined lands to be used in order to rapidly advance physical plans and programs, respectively, the first to third priority for the renovation of the worn-out fabric of Dardasht neighborhood.
