مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری عوامل مؤثر بر زیست‌پذیری محلات شهری موردمطالعه: محله سرداب شهر نهاوند

چکیده
مقدمه: زیست‌پذیری به‌عنوان دستیابی به قابلیت زندگی مطلوب در فضاهای شهری، مفهومی با سابقه چند دهه در دانش شهرسازی است. توجه به عوامل مؤثر بر زیست‌پذیری به‌ویژه در محله‌های قدیمی و ناکارآمد شهری، نقش مهمی در ارتقای کیفیت زندگی ساکنان دارد. هدف این پژوهش شناسایی شاخص‌های بومی و ابعاد زیست‌پذیری و بررسی نحوه اثرگذاری آن‌ها بر یکدیگر در محله سرداب شهرستان نهاوند است، که در محدوده بافت فرسوده‌ شهری قرار گرفته ‌است.
روش‌شناسی تحقیق: این پژوهش در چارچوب پارادایم پوزیتیویستی و با رویکرد کمی انجام شده و از نظر ماهیت، توصیفی–تحلیلی است. داده‌ها به دو روش کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی گردآوری شده‌اند. در بخش میدانی، اطلاعات از طریق توزیع پرسش‌نامه میان 240 نفر از ساکنان محله جمع‌آوری شد. به‌منظور تحلیل روابط بین متغیرها و سنجش میزان اثرگذاری شاخص‌ها، از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزار AMOS Graphics استفاده شده است.
یافته‌ها و بحث: یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که در بعد اجتماعی، شاخص مشارکت و همبستگی بیشترین اثرگذاری را دارد؛ در بعد اقتصادی، شاخص حمل‌ونقل عمومی مؤثرترین عامل است و در بعد زیست‌محیطی، فضاهای سبز و باز بیشترین تأثیر را بر زیست‌پذیری محله دارند. همچنین معناداری و شدت اثر هر شاخص در قالب مدل معادلات ساختاری ارزیابی شده است.
نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته‌ها نتیجه‌گیری می‌شود که در ارتقای زیست‌پذیری در مقیاس محله، بومی‌سازی شاخص‌ها متناسب با نیازهای محلی و توجه همزمان به سطح معناداری و میزان اثرگذاری آن‌ها بر ابعاد مختلف زیست‌پذیری ضروری است و می‌تواند در برنامه‌ریزی و مدیریت توسعه محله‌ای مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

Introduction: Livability, as a multidimensional concept related to the quality of life in urban spaces, has attracted considerable attention in urban planning over recent decades. Paying attention to the factors affecting livability, particularly in old and inefficient urban neighborhoods, plays a crucial role in improving residents’ quality of life. The aim of this research is to identify local indicators and dimensions of livability and to examine their interrelationships in the Sardab neighborhood of Nahavand city, which is located within a dilapidated urban fabric.
Research Methodology: This research was conducted within the framework of the positivist paradigm using a quantitative approach and is descriptive–analytical in nature. Data were collected through both library research and field surveys. In the field study, data were obtained by distributing questionnaires among 240 residents of the neighborhood. To analyze the relationships between variables and to assess the effects of the indicators, structural equation modeling (SEM) and AMOS Graphics software were employed.
Findings and Discussion: The findings indicate that, in the social dimension, the participation and social cohesion index has the greatest impact on livability. In the economic dimension, public transportation was identified as the most influential factor, while in the environmental dimension, green and open spaces exert the strongest effect on neighborhood livability. The significance and strength of the relationships among indicators were evaluated using the structural equation model.
Conclusion: Based on the findings, it can be concluded that promoting livability at the neighborhood scale requires the localization of indicators in accordance with local needs, along with simultaneous consideration of their significance and magnitude of impact on different dimensions of livability. These findings can be effectively applied in neighborhood development planning and urban management.
