چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: پرسه‌زنی به‌عنوان یک کنش انسانی پیچیده، حاصل تعامل جسم، روح و ذهن در محیط‌های شهری است. این پژوهش با هدف تحلیل ابعاد چندگانه پرسه‌زنی در فضاهای شهری ایران، به بررسی تأثیر طراحی فضایی و غنای فرهنگی بر تجربیات جسمانی، روحی و ذهنی افراد پرداخته و تفاوت‌های این تجربیات را با شهرهای مدرن مقایسه می‌کند.
روش پژوهش: این تحقیق با رویکردی کیفی و تفسیری و در چارچوب پارادایم برساخت‌گرایانه انجام شده است. داده‌ها از طریق روش‌های مردم‌نگاری شهری، مطالعه موردی، مشاهده میدانی غیرمشارکتی، مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختارمند با شهروندان، معماران و متخصصان، و تحلیل محتوای متون تاریخی و معاصر گردآوری شده‌اند. تحلیل داده‌ها به روش تحلیل مضمون صورت گرفته است.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که پرسه‌زنی در شهرهای ایرانی فراتر از یک فعالیت فیزیکی، تجربه‌ای اجتماعی، فرهنگی و معنوی است. فضاهای سنتی مانند بازار تبریز و مسجد شیخ لطف‌الله اصفهان با طراحی‌های پیچیده و انسان‌محور، زمینه تعاملات اجتماعی، تأمل معنوی و تقویت هویت فرهنگی را فراهم می‌کنند. فضاهای سبز شهری نیز به کاهش استرس و ارتقای سلامت روانی کمک می‌کنند.
نتیجه‌گیری: طراحی شهری باید به‌گونه‌ای باشد که پرسه‌زنی را به تجربه‌ای یکپارچه از تعاملات جسمی، روحی و ذهنی تبدیل کند. این امر می‌تواند به بهبود کیفیت زندگی شهری، تقویت هویت فردی و جمعی و افزایش همبستگی اجتماعی منجر شود. یافته‌ها می‌توانند راهنمایی برای طراحان و مدیران شهری در جهت خلق فضاهای پویا و انسان‌محور ارائه دهند.

Introduction and Purpose: Flânerie, as a complex human practice, emerges from the interplay between the body, soul, and mind within urban environments. This study aims to analyze the multifaceted dimensions of flânerie in Iranian urban spaces, focusing on how spatial design and cultural richness influence physical, spiritual, and mental experiences. It further compares these experiences with those in modern cities.
Methodology: This research adopts a qualitative and interpretive approach within the framework of a constructivist paradigm. Data were collected through urban ethnography, case studies, non-participant field observations, semi-structured interviews with citizens, architects, and urban planning experts, and content analysis of historical and contemporary texts on urban spaces. Thematic analysis was employed to interpret the data.
Findings: The findings reveal that flânerie in Iranian cities transcends mere physical activity, encompassing social, cultural, and spiritual experiences. Traditional spaces such as the Tabriz Bazaar and Sheikh Lotfollah Mosque in Isfahan, with their intricate and human-centered designs, foster social interactions, spiritual reflection, and the reinforcement of cultural identity. Urban green spaces also contribute significantly to stress reduction and the enhancement of mental well-being.
Conclusion: Urban design should integrate flânerie as a holistic experience encompassing physical, spiritual, and mental interactions. This approach can improve urban quality of life, strengthen individual and collective identities, and enhance social cohesion. The findings offer valuable insights for urban designers and managers in creating dynamic, human-centered urban spaces.
