Abstract Background and purpose: The presence of the river in the urban landscape is an advantage compared to other cities that have not benefited from it, but if the urban space around the river does not have the necessary response, it will become a serious threat. Mehranroud in Tabriz is also known as one of the main elements of the ossification of the city and its presence is evident throughout the city. In recent decades, the neglect of Mehranroud in Tabriz has caused its edge to never function as a successful urban space. Therefore, as a result of the above measures and the need to improve the quality of the environment, we can create an opportunity to strengthen social connections by looking again at the riverside and reviving it as a vital artery of the city.
Research method: this research is descriptive-analytical; After examining the theoretical foundations of the lost urban spaces and using them in the redesign of the riverside spaces with the approach of reviving this space, a theoretical framework is proposed that with the current theoretical foundations, a practical project is presented to restore the lost spaces of the riverside.
Findings and conclusions: The results show that urban rivers are rich sources of natural capacities, which with proper design and consistent with their location and minimal physical intervention can become valuable potentials and natural, recreational, tourism, cultural, and commercial indicators. And... become. Appropriate, correct and principled use of these experiences can have a significant impact on the success of the riverbanks.

Measuring and evaluating the results of smart city projects in different countries and extracting superior models in order to improve the performance of future projects

Abstract Background and Aim: Upgrading and transforming cities into smart cities is a very important issue and a new challenge that can improve the quality of life and services for citizens, increase resource efficiency, and benefit from advanced technologies and communications. This research aims to evaluate the results of smart city projects in different countries and extract the best patterns to improve future projects.
Methods: The research will be conducted in both qualitative and quantitative sections. In the first section, the challenges and opportunities of smart city projects in Iran will be examined by 30 experts in the field of smart cities. In the second section, by completing a questionnaire by employees of various urban municipalities, factor analysis and the relationship between variables will be analyzed using Amos16 software. Using these criteria, top and successful patterns were also identified using the pls factor analysis software.
Findings and Conclusion: The results showed that the number of repeated themes for environmental protection had the highest value with 183 themes. Efficiency and operation were also among the top themes with 181, followed by the quality of the urban environment with 145 themes. Finally, the number of repeated themes for safety and security had the lowest value with 97 themes. Creating a collaborative space between countries to share experiences and knowledge related to smart city projects is very important and can facilitate the improvement of future projects in different countries.

The purpose of the current research is to evaluate the effects of the implementation of rural leader projects and its role in rural development in the villages of Kermanshah. And it is practical in terms of targeting and descriptive-analytical in terms of methodology. In the process of preparing and generating data, firstly, the factors affecting the implementation of the rural guide project in Kermanshah city, emphasizing its role in the development of villages in Kermanshah city, were identified using the opinions of 15 experts on this subject, rural experts, villagers through the Delphi methodIt is In order to analyze the data of 4 indicators (physical, economic, socio-cultural and environmental) and 12 sub-indices as strong influencing factors on the development of villages in Kermanshah city, with emphasis on the implementation of the rural guide plan, ISM interpretive-structural modeling was used and then with Mic-Mac software. . The results of the research showed that the factors of increasing participation in villages, increasing the quality of roads and organizing streams and rivers are among the most influential factorsand the factor of preserving native and local traditions are among the most influential factorsIt is among the projects of the rural leader and its role in rural development in the villages of Kermanshah cit Also, the results obtained from the MIK show that except for the two factors of increasing the quality of transportation and reducing the motivation to migrate, all the factors are linked variables.

Abstract Background and Aim: Urban growth in the 20th century greatly increased the share of the urban population and turned urbanization into the dominant way of life. Today, with the expansion and complexity of the urban system and urbanization, statesmen and other officials alone are able to control and guide urban communities and respond to the ever-increasing needs of development. They are not urban. In this case, a process of collaboration between the government, the public sector, civil society and the private sector is formed, which is called urban governance.
 Methods: This research was conducted with the aim of comparative analysis of good urban governance (case study of areas 4 and 5 of Ahvaz city). It is practical and in terms of the method, it is descriptive and analytical research. Data and information collection has been done by documentary, library and survey methods. In this regard, the community and sample size of 30 experts and experts working in the municipality of regions 4 and 5 For weighting and ranking indicators, hierarchical analysis (AHP) was used, and for statistical analysis, T-test was used.
Findings and Conclusion: The findings show that region 4 is a rich region and region 5 is a low region. The examination of the indicators of good urban governance in these areas of Shahr-e-Hawaz shows that the level of desirability of the state of good urban governance in region 5 was lower than the average level. The results of the analysis for the ranking of regions show that region 4 had a better situation. And region 5, as a less privileged region, is the first priority for improving the conditions for implementing good urban governance.

Abstract Background and Aim: In order to respond to the increasing demand of urban residents for recreational use of urban green space, the main function of green belts has changed from purely ecological to a combination of ecological and recreational. The purpose of this research is to investigate individual characteristics and its effect on the willingness of citizens to use the southern green belt of Mashhad city in order to spend their free time.
Methods: Descriptive and survey research methods have been used in this research. The statistical population of this survey was all the visitors of Koh Park located in the southern green belt of Mashhad city. The sample size was 383 people. The tool for collecting information is a researcher-made questionnaire, the validity of which has been confirmed by experts. This questionnaire has two parts: demographic characteristics and research questions. The reliability of the questionnaire was 0.814 and Pearson correlation coefficients and t-test of SPSS software version 22 were used to analyze the data.
Findings and Conclusion: The results of the research show that there is no significant correlation between occupation, gender and age with the use of Koh Park in leisure time, while a significant relationship was observed between education and the desire to use Koh park. The most common reason for citizens to choose Koh Park to spend their free time is to relax and reduce stress, as well as establish communication and social interactions. The results show that Mashhad Koh Park has created a good opportunity for the development of tourism and spending leisure time for the citizens.
