چرایی، موانع و راهکارهای ارتقاء خلاقیت معمارانه در طراحی مجتمع های صنعتی(مورد مطالعه: شهرک صنعتی کاسپین شهر قزوین)

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: این نوشتار مؤید آن بوده که خلاقیت یکی از ویژگی‌های مهم طرح‌های معماری است که دغدغه اصلی طراحان است. بااین‌وجود به نظر می‌رسد که خلاقیت کمتر مورد توجه سازندگان واحدهای صنعتی بوده است. در همین راستا، مقاله حاضر به‌دنبال تحلیل چرایی، موانع و راهکارهای ارتقاء خلاقیت در طرح معماری واحدهای صنعتی است. برای این منظور به سنجش نوآوری فرمی و اجرایی (به‌مثابه یکی از مؤلفه‌های اصلی خلاقیت) در طراحی این واحدها می‌پردازد.

روش شناسی: پژوهش حاضر از روش پژوهش ترکیبی و برمبنای روش تحلیل ثانویه پایه‌ریزی شده است. در بخش کمّی از داده‌های پیمایشی یک پژوهش قبلی درزمینه معماری واحدهای شهرک صنعتی کاسپین استفاده نموده است. این واحدها، 63 واحد صنعتی می‌باشد که وضعیت فرمی و اجرایی هر یک از آنها ازطریقِ مشاهده مشخص گردیده است. در بخش کیفی نیز به یافته‌های یک پژوهش قبلی درخصوص ماهیت شیوه طراحی در مجموعه‌های صنعتی استناد نموده است. سپس، ازطریقِ استدلال‌های عقلی و مقایسه میان داده‌ها به تحلیل چرایی، موانع و راهکارهای ارتقاء خلاقیت در طرح معماری واحدهای صنعتی پرداخته است.

یافته‌ها و نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که استفاده از فرم‏های بدیع دغدغه طراحان یا سازندگان واحدهای صنعتی نبوده است. همچنین نتایج مؤید آن بوده که علی‌رغم بیشتربودن میزان نوآوری اجرایی، این بداعت بیشتر در حوزه مصالح نوین و پیش ساختگی بوده و به بداعت در سیستم‌های سازه‌ای تعمیم داده نشده است. ماهیت صنعتی و رابطه آن با کاهش ابعاد خلاقانه در طراحی؛ عدم تعمیم نوآوری به دیگر حیطه های فنی و تکرار طرح‌های کلیشه‌ای، مهمترین چالش‏ها یا موانع موجود در مسیر ارتقاء خلاقیت در این طرح‌هاست. مقاله درادامه به ارائه راهکارهایی برای برون رفت از این شرایط اشاره کرده است.

Why, Barriers, and Strategies for Enhancing Architectural Creativity in the Design of Industrial Buildings (Case Study: the Qazvin Caspian Industrial Estate)

Background and Objective: Creativity is widely recognized as one of the fundamental qualities of architectural design and remains a primary concern for architects. Nevertheless, it appears that creativity has received comparatively little attention in the design of industrial buildings. Accordingly, this study aims to investigate the reasons, barriers, and strategies for enhancing architectural creativity in industrial building design. To this end, it evaluates formal and technical innovation as two observable manifestations of architectural creativity in industrial buildings.
Methodology: This study adopts a mixed-method research approach based on secondary data analysis. The quantitative section utilizes survey data from a previous study on the architecture of 63 industrial buildings located in the Caspian Industrial Estate, where the formal and technical characteristics of each building were documented through field observation. The qualitative section draws upon findings from an earlier study concerning the nature of the architectural design process in industrial complexes. Subsequently, logical reasoning and comparative analysis of these datasets were employed to examine the underlying reasons, barriers, and potential strategies for improving creativity in the architectural design of industrial buildings.
Results and Findings: The findings indicate that the use of innovative architectural forms has not been a major concern for either designers or owners of industrial buildings. Although technical innovation was found to be relatively more prevalent than formal innovation, it has been largely confined to the use of modern materials and prefabricated construction methods, with little extension to structural innovation. The industrial nature of these projects, its restrictive influence on architectural creativity, the limited application of innovation to broader technical aspects, and the repetition of stereotypical design patterns constitute the principal barriers to enhancing creativity in industrial architecture. Based on these findings, the study proposes several strategies for promoting architectural creativity in the design of industrial buildings.
